EXECUTIVE – DIGITAL MARKETING

Responsibilities

  • To brain storm, create and implement cutting edge lead generation and sales funnel strategies ;
  • Plan and execute funnel entry points, front-end offers, back-end offers including conversation optimisation ;
  • Manage and optimise existing marketing campaigns, Click-through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Conversion, etc ;
  • Copywriting of emails and email funnels including creating relevant contents and ensuring good open rates and CTRs with high performing subject lines and contents ;
  • Assist in marketing automation to reduce manual work, improve and increase the speed of sales cycle ;
  • Assist in community building work – learning webinars, networking dinners and coaching for clients ;
  • Work closely with event team to maximise overall performance, productivity and profitability ;
  • Undertake ongoing study of marketing principles, best practices, and other direct marketing methodologies to contribute and increase revenues.

Requirements

  • Passionate about digital marketing ;
  • Diploma / Degree holder in Marketing or its equivalent with minimum three (3) years related working experience in digital marketing with programming background ;
  • Experience in Facebook advertisements is a MUST ;
  • Knowledge in Google advertisements, Youtube, SEM, SEO will be an added advantage ;
  • Analytical, team player and possess entrepreneurial traits ;
  • Flexible in adapting to a fast paced working environment and ability to accomplish urgent tasks from time to time ;

Career and event

EXECUTIVE – EVENTS & SALES

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organise high quality events, workshops, seminars, conferences and manage all aspects with the team ;
  • Plan and execute business strategies, contribute ideas to generate leads to achieve team sales goals ;
  • Assist in marketing activities and implement ideas for promotional collaborations, including social media marketing strategy, website content development and community management ;
  • Prepare necessary reports on customers’ status, sales & marketing activities and results ;
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for management review ;
  • Maintain and update data in CRM system to capture accurate information and track activities efficiently ;
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers and ensure fulfillment delivered. Provide excellent customer service and/or to exceed customers’ expectations.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Sales / Marketing or its equivalent with minimum three (3) years working experience either in Sales, online Marketing or Event Management ;
  • Keen interest in internet marketing and social media, willingness to learn and develop own ideas and solutions ;
  • Experience in training industry is an added advantage ;
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office ;
  • Understand basic business and management principles ;
  • Analytical and a team player, capable of working independently and self-driven for task completion ;
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong command of English – both written and spoken ;

SENIOR EXECUTIVE – ACCOUNTS

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full spectrum of the financial functions and the day-to-day operations ;
  • Prepare and reconcile all financial statements and related monthly / yearly management reports ;
  • Handle consolidated accounts of the Group ;
  • Reconcile and resolve all relevant inter-company transactions ;
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement and formulation of internal controls, systems, procedures and processes ;
  • Ensure strict compliance on accounting standards, taxation regulations and other regulatory requirements ;
  • High degree of integrity and security of confidential datas ;
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism ;
  • Handle any other tasks and/or ad-hoc assignments given in the realm of accounting and finance as required by Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting or its equivalent with minimum five (5) years related working experience ;
  • Audit experience and knowledge of Malaysia / United States tax will be an added advantage ;
  • Hands-on knowledge in UBS Accounting System ;
  • Sound accounting knowledge in financial reporting standards, taxation and statutory law ;
  • Possess management leadership with ability to perform supervisory role ;
  • Dynamic individual and excellent interpersonal and communication skills both English and Chinese ;
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous ;
  • Multi-tasking and able to meet deadlines under pressure ;
  • Able to work independently and in a team, proactive, self-driven / motivated and result oriented ;
  • Able to commence work immediately / short notice is an added advantage.

EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCE

Responsibilities

  • Handle the full spectrum of Human Resource administration and processes, including payroll and the day-to-day operations ;
  • Execute / manage all phases of recruitment activities, manpower planning and establish advertisement standards ;
  • Evaluate staff training need analysis and manage relevant learning and development programmes ;
  • Ensure strict compliance to Company’s policies, procedures and practices ;
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism ;
  • Perform any other tasks and/or ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Human Resource Management or its equivalent with minimum three (3) years related working experience ;
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint ;
  • Well versed in Employment Act and other significant labour legislations and practices in Malaysia ;
  • Enthusiastic to participate in various Human Resource projects and cross training within departments ;
  • Dynamic individual and excellent interpersonal and communication skills both English and Chinese ;
  • Strong coordination / organisational skills and able to meet deadlines under pressure ;
  • Able to work independently, proactive, self-driven / motivated, meticulous and a team player ;
  • Able to commence work immediately / short notice is an added advantage.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Three (3) Months’ Period

Responsibilities

  • Prepare briefing and presentation documents and reports ;
  • Assist and support on feasibility studies and assessment work ;
  • Coordinate meetings, disseminating invitations and take notes / minutes ;
  • Responsible in providing administration support ;
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including clients and stakeholders ;
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism ;
  • Manage special assignments, ad-hoc discussions / meetings and perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Private Secretarial or its equivalent with minimum three (3) years related working experience ;
  • Experience in training industry is an added advantage ;
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Microsoft PowerPoint ;
  • High degree of integrity, self-motivated, proactive, meticulous, independent and a team player ;
  • Strong coordination / organisational skills and self-driven for task completion and able to meet deadlines under pressure ;
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong command of English and Chinese ;
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel ;
  • Willing to work long hours and during weekends ;
