Role and Responsibility:

1. Drive traffic and generate leads by creating and launching multiple digital marketing campaigns for companies’ products and programme.
2. Oversee and optimize existing marketing campaign to reduce overall cost per lead with highest conversion rate.
3. Build and create webpages such as landing page and sales page for lead generation, content marketing and social media marketing.
4. Produce persuasive copy writing for companies’ products, websites, email and advertising copy.
5. Write copy for email marketing campaigns.
6. Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the company product is at the forefront of industry developments.
7. Build marketing automation flow and sales funnel using companies’ CRM software and other tools.
8. Brainstorm and implement innovative marketing campaign by working with another department consistently.
9. Provide quality feedback and reporting for partners and the managers and implement changes to improve overall marketing campaign.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree or minimum (1) year related working experience in digital marketing.
2. Experience in launching paid or free ads campaign before, either Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Native Ads, Ad Network and so on.
3. Excellent command in English (In both reading and writing) when it comes to copy writing.
4. You must have strong analytical skills, familiar with digital marketing metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, click through rate and so on and ability to optimize marketing campaign.
5. You must be a fast learner, resourceful and able to work independently without much supervision to apply this role.
6. You’re passionate in digital marketing role, from marketing campaign, sales funnel to growth hacking.
7. You MUST be a proactive person without needing to micro-manage.
8. You’re attentive to details, result oriented and a team player working with another department.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and manage a rich content that attracts qualified audience;
2. Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content;
3. Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels;
4. Develop a campaign that drives traffic, improves customer engagement, leads and sales;
5. Manage and optimise existing email marketing campaigns to achieve targeted open rate, click through rate, conversion rate and so on;
6. Think of new ways to create content to engage audiences on social media channels online;
7. Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

Requirements:

1. Passionate about digital marketing;
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Advertising/Media, Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent;
3. Minimum (1) year related working experience in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field;
4. Past experience with online community management, copy writing, and/or blogging will be advantageous;
5. Good Chinese writing skills. Good English writing skills will be an added advantage;
6. Analytical, team player and possess entrepreneurial traits;
7. Flexible in adapting to a fast-paced working environment and ability to accomplish urgent tasks from time to time;
8. Individuals should be creative and result oriented.

Responsibilities:

1. Able to prepare full set of accounts.
2. Assist in the full spectrum of the financial functions and the day-to-day operations.
3. Prepare and reconcile all financial statements and related monthly/yearly management reports.
4. Reconcile and resolve all relevant inter-company transactions.
5. Ensure strict compliance on accounting standards, taxation regulations and other regulatory requirements.
6. Handle any other tasks and/or ad-hoc assignments given in the realm of accounting and finance as required by Management from time to time.
7. Strong leadership qualities, proactive and, resourceful, self-motivated and with a high degree of integrity.
8. Possess strong analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral in English.
9. Handle consolidated accounts of the Group.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting or its equivalent with minimum 2 – 5 years related working experience.
2. Audit experience and knowledge of Malaysia / United States accounting standards will be an added advantage.
3. Hands-on knowledge in UBS Accounting System / Auto-count Accounting System.
4. Sound accounting knowledge in financial reporting standards, taxation and statutory law.

7. Dynamic individual and excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Chinese.
8. Able to work independently and in a team, proactive, self-driven/motivated and result oriented.
