Mr K.C. See is the founder of Quest Group of Companies. He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Secretary and also holds a Marketing qualification from Australia.

K.C. is the trainer of trainers, having trained and mentored over 1200 professional trainers across Asia. A powerful speaker & trainer, K.C. has impacted over 100,000 people with his special style of training.

As the Principal Consultant and Coach, K.C. has helped numerous organisations in Asia improve their performance, productivity & profits. The “Certified Professional Trainer” Course (CPT) is a 12-month mentorship programme started in 1999 now with over 1,200 students from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Vietnam, Myanmar, Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, UAE, Pakistan, Oman, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. The programme has rolled out more than 85 intakes in Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Saudi Arabia and Vietnam.

Certified Professional Trainer (CPT) is a dynamic career development programme designed to provide a range of skills needed to become, as the title suggest; a professional trainer. Aside from teaching participants to be great trainers by learning how to conduct training at a high energy level with powerful results; using creative training techniques; it also teaches them the BUSINESS of training.

Hence, it is not typical train-the-trainer course; this is a professional development and mentoring programme. It is designed for intended practitioners only and is meant for people who want to immediately be able to make significant transformations as a trainer. It would also be a very good foundation for anyone who has certain expertise but no prior training experience.



Highly practical and intensive, this Certified Professional Trainer (CPT) programme has three phases;

  • Phase 1 - The Core Programme: A 4-day programme providing the LATEST skills and techniques towards becoming a certified professional trainer. There will be a range of exercises and practice sessions designed and orchestrated to allow participants to become fully involved and to experiment in a supportive atmosphere with a range of training techniques, which includes super-learning methods and experiential techniques.
  • Phase 2 - The Business Programme: A 2-day programme teaching the essentials of running a successful training business be it part time or full time. This covers topics on how to brand and “sell” yourself as a Trainer, how to decide your niche area and carve out your Unique Selling Proposition.
  • Phase 3 - The Mentorship Phase: This part of the programme does not only provide you with guidance but supports real life training to build up your practical experience. Aside from that a mentor will go through your personal marketing plan and suggest changes or approve it so that action can be taken by participants.
