HOW DOES WORK-BASED VALIDATION WORK?

1. Candidate must have a minimum 2 years of active experience in training. The candidate must have full working knowledge of training covering design, needs analysis and training evaluation.

2. Fill up the online Application Form with full C.V. and 2 years training experience and a passport size photo and make payment of US$60 for your Application Fee.

3. Our consultant will then contact you and schedule for an interview with our Master Trainer, Mr. K C See.

4. After the interview, our consultant will let you know the result within 14 working days whether you qualify to apply for the validation.

5. If you do, we shall proceed with the validation process in which case you will pay US$500 as the Validation Fee.

6. You will send in (i) a 2 hours (minimum) video recording on one of your training session, (ii) 2 reports of your recent programme, (iii) feedback from participants attended your training.

7. Upon approval, we will then let you know the necessary forms to apply for the Certificate in Training (IPMA), UK. You need to be an IPMA registered member with membership fee of £80 at your own cost.

8. Should you not be approved, we will explain what you can do to get approval (for a subsequent application). The validation fee that you paid is not refundable but this amount can be deducted from the course fee of Certified Professional Trainer (CPT) course or the CPT Business Programme if you take up the option to pursue either programme.
